MEET SARAH! Our Brand Story Experts team is proud to announce and welcome Sarah Tildsley as our Creative Director. Sarah will be responsible for the strategic direction of the creative product and oversight of all client’s brands as well as management responsibilities.

Sarah comes on board as we are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. In that time, we have thrived through the execution of our process for helping clients uncover and celebrate their stories. Through this work, we have created a very special model that is focused on helping partners build their culture and gain long-term success through the development of strong relationships inside and outside their company. However, we aren’t done building.

Sarah is part of a strategic growth plan to take Brand Story Experts’ creative offerings to the next level. The addition strengthens BSE’s ability to continuously innovate as leaders in brand development and sets up a framework for the development of world-class systems, successful expansion and a heightened service level for current and future clients.

Sarah brings over 20 years of advertising and branding expertise to the Brand Story Experts team. Sarah’s strength is a unique combination of creative thinking with solid business acumen to push boundaries in ways that deliver results. Trained at Ringling College of Art and Design, Sarah has thrived in the Tampa Bay market where she helped lead one of Tampa’s top advertising agencies as a Principal and Creative Director. While there she earned a Stevie Award for Management Team of the Year and created a positive culture earning recognition by Florida Trend Best Places to Work for 3 consecutive years. In 2005, Sarah was honored by The Tampa Bay Business Journal as a Top 30 Under 30 and in 2010 was named an Up & Comer. Sarah’s community involvement includes a range of prestigious positions including an Advisory Board position for the USF Zimmermann Advertising Program and USF MUMA College of Business Executive Advisory Council.

Passionate about creative performance, Sarah has applied her strategic expertise to develop integrated advertising programs for a diverse roster of clients including The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Nokia, Newland Communities, Verizon and Advent Health. Among her numerous advertising honors are Telly, Davey, Hermes, Graphic Design USA and Create awards, and ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation, including the coveted Best of the Bays and Best of Shows. Sarah’s most recent achievements include the esteemed International Bronze Stevie Award for Women in Business for the Small Budget Marketing Campaign of the Year.
