Maggie

Maggie is our Creative Director with a very interesting, impressive, and extensive background in graphic design, creative design, and project management. She was born in Cocoa Beach, FL, and her passion for adventure and travel has built a design mind and skill set that is truly one-of-a-kind. Maggie completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of South Florida majoring in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History. She then advanced her education at the University of Hawaii for her MBA with a focus on Asia and Marketing & Entrepreneurship, completing her final year and thesis in Hanoi, Vietnam.

As a rare MBA-educated designer and creative professional, Maggie was able to take her interests and start her own agency where she was the Creative Director and Graphic Designer in the Tampa Bay region. She then moved to Bali, Indonesia in 2016 where she worked with businesses and oversaw a team of remote workers serving clients around the globe. After working and living in Bali for 7 years, she returned to the United States during COVID and eventually decided to move back to St. Petersburg, FL, to be near friends and family and join our BSE team! Her favorite part of her job is ideating new concepts, pushing creativity to new levels, and seeing the outcome as the team brings it all to life. 

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys surfing and gardening. Her favorite TV shows are Westworld and Ted Lasso. If you couldn’t gather already, Maggie is truly adventurous and claims she has accomplished most things on her bucket list. Her motto is “Do it now, don’t make a list for later.” But, if she had a superpower it would be the ability to breathe underwater.
