Jessica is one of our Client Relationship Coordinators. She hails from Connecticut and has absolutely no interest in New England sports. Born and raised in the Constitution State, she escaped the salty roads and potholes to Florida in October of 2020. Jessica has had a long journey into the marketing world. After graduating with a Degree in Criminal Justice, she began a very brief stint in arena security at one of Connecticut’s two casinos (yes, for the second smallest state, we still have two casinos!).
This is where she learned more about marketing and events within the hospitality industry and quickly began a new career path. After switching from security to the marketing department there, she progressed over to hotel management at Connecticut’s other casino.
From there she really honed her leadership and hospitality skills and was recruited to the Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. At the time she worked there, it was one of only eleven Forbes 15 Star Resorts (5 Star Restaurants, Spa, and Hotel) in the entire world. After a whirlwind year there, Jessica turned her attention to property management, where she quickly moved up the management ladder to Assistant Community Manager within the company before moving to the Sunshine State.
Wanting to combine the skills she learned in the field with an education, Jessica re-enrolled into college at Western Governors University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management and is thrilled to fuse her education with her position as Client Relationship Coordinator here at Brand Story Experts!
In her spare time, Jessica likes to hang out with her cat Thor, and her rabbit, Pugsley, as well as spend countless hours riding Escape from Gringotts at Universal Studios (she’s a Slytherin, in case you were wondering). Her favorite color is lavender, and she’ll never say no to tacos.
